The Cherry Liqueur showcases the dominant fruit flavor of cherry, accompanied by spicy notes and a subtle tannic balance with a well-calibrated residual sweetness. It pairs well with aged cheeses, small almond-based pastries, tarts with red fruit jam, cocoa or chocolate desserts.

The dried grapes in the fruit drying room are then destemmed and crushed, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with the skins until halfway through the fermentation process, and without them for the remainder. Aging in oak barrels for 12 months.
