Ciliegiolo: the complete tasting guide

With its intense personality and unique organoleptic characteristics, Ciliegiolo has become increasingly popular among wine enthusiasts. To fully appreciate Ciliegiolo, it is important to follow some simple rules during tasting.

1. Choice of glass

The ideal glass for tasting Ciliegiolo should be transparent and have a wide shape, allowing the wine to oxygenate and release all its aromas.

2. Serving temperature.

The Ciliegiolo should be served at the ideal temperature of 16-18°C, in order to enhance its freshness and fruity notes.

3. Pouring the wine

Tilt the glass slightly and pour the Ciliegiolo slowly to avoid excessive foam and rapid oxidation.

4. Observing the color

Before tasting, it is important to carefully observe its color: if it is a young wine, the color will be vibrant and intense, while if it is aged, it will be more muted.
